General job duties could include, but are not limited to:

• assisting with dressing
• bathing/hygiene assistance
• transfer assistance/monitoring
• memory care
• Alzheimer's care

The qualities and characteristics we require in our caregivers include, but are not limited to:

• ability  and desire to learn
• compassion
• empathy
• good communication skills
• flexibility
• ability to adapt to changing situations

We require at least one year of experience in the home care (or related) field, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
We cater our care plans to our client's needs, so hours needed vary. Generally, weekend  availability and flexibility  is needed.
